WINTER SEASON	October 15th - March 14th	LIMITED OPENING TIMES
SUMMER SEASON	March 15th - October 15th
	from 80 - 120 Euro
	5% city tax and 6% VAT are included in the rate

* The rates are per night for a stay in the cottage, 1 or 2 persons. Please ask for actual rates.
* The rates do not apply between December 24th 2007and January 2nd 2008.
* For a 1 night stay (also during week days) we charge 10 € extra.
* We accept VISA, MASTER or AMEX credit cards (5% service charge) or cash payment.
* We ask a credit card guarantee when you make a definite reservation.
* You can pay at the day of arrival.
