Flores&Puck: Conditions and Information Reservation
To confirm your reservation we need your credit card number with exp. date and name on the card. Your reservation is final, after you have paid us your first night and we have sent you a confirmation by e-mail. Please use the reservation form on our website for your personal information.
Payment

The first night payment you can do by PayPal. We will send you an email with a payment request.
You can pay cash the day of arrival.
Rates: A full breakfast is included in the room rate, unless you have reserved Bed without Breakfast. (Bed without Breakfast does also mean that you have to clear and clean all breakfast items before you leave the cottage every day.) City tax of 5% and VAT of 6% is included in the room rates. The total amount due will be mentioned in your confirmation mail. NB: The web reservations rates (hostelworld etc.) are without breakfast service.
BIKES
The use of the two bikes is not guaranteed. We do not ask rent for the use of the bikes, but we do ask a guarantor of 50 Euro per bike and an insurance fee of 2 Euro per bike per day. The guest is responsible for any damage to the bike and the loss of the bike.
Cancellation Policy
Any notice less than 10 business days will result in the first night being charged, unless we can rent our cottage to another guest. If we can rent the cottage to another guest we will return your first night charge. If the guest does not show and has not informed Flores&Puck, the full amount of the stay will be charged via PayPal or a charge to your credit card.
Check-in / Check-out time
Check-out time is 10:30 a.m. and check-in time is 2 p.m. However, we are flexible and we will try our best to accommodate you as soon as you arrive. If your return flight or train is in the late afternoon or evening, you can leave your luggage at our B&B until you leave for the airport or train station.
Arrival information
Please inform us clearly about your arrival Flight number and arrival time and your expected arrival time at our B&B (within the range of an hour). We are not always at home and we really would be sorry if you have to wait because nobody is at the B&B!
