to Flores and Puck,
a Bed & Breakfast in Amsterdam!
About
3 kilometers from the old city center in Amsterdam and 1 kilometer
from the beautiful Vondelpark, we run our B&B in a little cottage
in our garden in Amsterdam South.
The Bed&Breakfast started in Summer 2001 and we received many
guests from all over the world. Our guests are always surprised
to see such a large garden and such a quiet place so close to the
city center of Amsterdam
Who
are we?
Flores
and Puck are the names of the cats: they are always very curious
when new guests arrive (except in cold and rainy weather).
Your host is Astrid. She lives in Amsterdam since 1987, together
with her daughter Sammy.
She also works as a senior purser with KLM,
Royal Dutch Airlines.
Where
are we located?
We
live in a popular residential area called "Oud Zuid" (=Old
South), built between 1930 and 1935. It is a mixed, cozy neighbourhood
with old and young people, families and students, rich, poor, all
colors. In 10 minutes you are in the center with either Public Transportation
(tram 2) or on our two bikes. The museum quarter is also close to

What
do we offer?
We
have a little cottage in our garden with a private bathroom (toilet
and shower) and a queen size bed. We can accommodate 2 adults maximum.

The
rates depend on season and length of stay. For an indication look

you would like to have more information, please send us an
email. The phone number below is an answering device. We usually
listen to messages on the machine once a day in the evening. So
you can use it for emergencies. But since we are not always at home
(KLM work), the e-mail is our primary way of communication.
